GENERAL SESSION INFO

If we don’t already know each other, I would love to meet you!  If you are out of state or schedules don’t allow, then we can make due talking on the phone.   With only a few exceptions, all our sessions take place in the great outdoors, with as much natural light as possible!  Plan on having fun and playing, the silly/relaxed version of yourself, or just being the romantics you are while your kids play in the limelight!  If your doing a Senior session – just be cool, because that’s how you roll!  No stuffiness allowed here! ;)

If you are thinking about taking a family vacation and you want it captured professionally or you live outside of Michigan, we are available for travel to any destination from northern Michigan to Tahiti or Spain to Santorini.  If you have a location in mind,  just fill out the form on our Connect page and tell us what you are thinking…we would love to connect with you and discuss all the options!

Check or cash, deposit must be received within 7 days of booking your session to hold your date.  Once session fee is received, your session is booked solid.  Your session will be available to view in your online gallery 4-8 weeks after the date of your session.  I like to make sure that you know the longest it can take in my busiest times.  Sessions are available M-F only, as we spend many weekends shooting weddings.  It never hurts to ask though.  If we are available, an exception could be made for an additional fee.

OUTFITS

You want outfits that are simple.  Simple with a funky twist is even better if that is your personality.  Wear what makes you feel most comfortable, while at the same time, accentuates all your positives, but doesn’t steal the focus from you.  I strongly discourage any clothing with logos or writing.  Wrinkly never looks good.  Fitted is always better than baggy.  Simple, bold colors tend to work well – especially colors that bring out your eyes.  Layering is a good approach.  In general things that you would wear for a night on the town or just being you or maybe you want to dress up.  Having many options at the shoot is beneficial.  We can evaluate how various outfits will look in the shots and make decisions accordingly.  In order to get the most out of your session time, please feel free to email me pics of your outfits if you want, and I can tell you which ones will be best for your session.  Otherwise, bring a few outfits more than you think you will need and we can figure out what will make you look best. 

RESCHEDULING

Because we understand life happens, you can reschedule your session once, anytime at no additional charge.  Rescheduling must be done by phone only.If you must reschedule a second time or more, there will be an additional charge of $75 per reschedule, due at time of rebooking if you notify us within 7 days or more of your scheduled session date.With 6 days or less notice, there will be a charge of $150 as your slot can no longer be properly re-booked.  Cancellation and the decision NOT to reschedule with us renders your session cost FORFEIT.

Additionally, we work with natural light and weather can play a factor in the shoot.  We may decide to cancel for weather related problems or if it’s simply too dark/dingey for a great session.  If that’s the case, we will notify you immediately and do our best to accommodate a quick and painless rescheduling at no additional charge.  We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.  We simply want you to have the best session possible!

INVESTMENT

Sessions are available M-F only.  It never hurts to ask though.  If we are available, an exception could be made for an additional fee.  To reserve your session, it’s $150 down, then the remainder of package due just before your session.All sessions last 2-3 hours and include a 3 month online gallery to view share and print from.  Pricing is based on immediate families of 5 or less.  $25 each additional person.  Have a Huge Family Reunion – lets talk.  If you live outside of West Michigan and would like us to travel to your hometown, fill out our Connect page and we can discuss all the options.

Digital images are available for purchase. There’s no waiting period before we will release your digital images to you.  Your digital images may be purchased at anytime.  If you lose your Digital Images, or you just simply want another set…additional/replacement(s) are available at $150 each.  I back up my files and will keep them indefinitely outside of an act of God.

Facebook is a great idea, and we would love it if you tag Jeanine Glenn Photography! 

If you are planning on displaying your pictures, I recommend printing your images through me, as professional quality prints DO make a difference in the final appearance of your images.  (plus our print pricing is exceptionally reasonable for the quality that you will receive.)

In order to get the very best pricing, just send me an email with the numbers and sizes and quantities that you want and enjoy the savings!  Prints can be ordered direct through your online gallery.  However, they are more expensive than if you order them through me personally.
